In this machine, mixing is performed by four curved blades clamped on the main shaft which when revolve give continuous turbulent movement to the ingredients. The arrangement is given for direct addition of a certain percentage of liquids, fats or molasses. Horizontal mixers are fitted with well-designed oil immersed gearbox with helical teeth heats treated gears which ensures prolonged trouble-free service. We are offering a wide range of Ribbon Type Mixer Machine to our clients.These mixers consist of the U-shaped horizontal trough in which a heavy-duty shaft with two ribbons in helix shape is mounted with the help of arms at different pitch circle diameter. The ribbon helix is so shaped that when inside mixing shaft rotates, one ribbon pushes the material in one side while at the same time other ribbon pushes the material opposite side. So, particles inside the mixer are given very fast movement and the homogenous mix is achieved.
